HYPRO HV11 Forest Trailer: Forwarder Quality in a Compact Format

The HYPRO HV11 Forest Trailer is the long-awaited “little brother” to our popular HV14, developed to meet the demands of professional forestry contractors seeking a trailer that matches its larger sibling in design, stability, and quality – but in a more compact size. The trailer is extremely robust, designed for the toughest forestry operations that require power, agility, functionality, and flexibility.

HYPRO HV11 Forest Trailer

Robust Design with Smart Solutions

The HYPRO HV11 features an exceptionally strong double-frame construction – offering the same strength and stability as the HV14, relative to its load capacity.
Its compact design provides excellent maneuverability both in the forest and on the road, while the large wheels deliver around 62 cm/24.4 inches of ground clearance and low ground pressure for outstanding off-road performance.
The trailer offers market-leading visibility over the load area during crane operation – regardless of the trailer’s angle. This is achieved through a gate with a beam structure and reinforced crenelated mesh, combined with low-mounted slewing cylinders.
It also features frame steering with heavy-duty dual cylinders and a steering angle of ±48° for optimal maneuverability.

Bunks in Special Steel and Flexible Positioning

The load bunks are made from the same diameter (80 mm/3.1 inches) special steel tubing as the HV14, ensuring maximum strength to withstand the toughest workloads.
The trailer comes standard with three bunks with sorting wedges and six stakes. The rear bunk is extendable by 75 cm/29.5 inches.
Bunk mounting allows for any number of additional bunks and virtually free placement along the frame beam, enabling easy adjustment depending on the type of forwarding.
All bunks are fixed but can be made to pivot simply by releasing a single bolt.
The only exception is the front bunk, which is integrated with and reinforces the gate and is therefore not movable.

Automatic Drive with HYPRO+1

The HV11 can be delivered with a hub motor drive, Robson drive, or without a drive. It can be equipped with LS hydraulics, open circuit, or an external hydraulic system.
The LS hydraulic solution is market-leading, offering a compact, well-protected design with the pump recessed into the drawbar.
All hoses and electrical cables are safely routed through the frame structure all the way to the tractor, creating a highly durable and reliable setup capable of handling the toughest conditions.
Drive control for the HV11 (with hub motor drive) can be handled fully automatically via the HYPRO+1 control system. The system automatically manages both on/off activation and drive direction – allowing the operator to focus solely on driving the tractor while the trailer manages its own traction.
The drive can be harmonized with the tractor speed through variable LS (load-sensing) hydraulic control, or manually locked in any desired direction and speed.

Optional Support Legs with Pressure-Controlled Automation

The trailer can be equipped with stabilizers (support legs) featuring built-in pressure-controlled automation.
This means the legs have automatic stop points via pressure sensors in both directions, saving time and simplifying operation – no more waiting for the legs to raise or lower.
A manual override and stop function is also included.

Cranes and the Professional Control System

The available crane options are Palms 5-series cranes, known for their solid construction, lifting power, and reach (up to 8.5 meters/27.9 ft).
These cranes are equipped with HYPRO’s professional and user-friendly CANBUS-based control system and load-sensing control hydraulics.
With the HYPRO+1 system and mini-joysticks (EHC), the operator achieves top-level performance and can configure up to nine separate operator profiles.
Adjustable parameters include individual functions for hysteresis curves, ramp times, min/max speeds, and direction inversion for each crane function, and more – for an outstanding crane control.

This is market-leading technical innovation – combining modern ergonomics, efficiency, and comfort. Welcome to the future of modern, tractor-based forwarding!
